At Aero-K, our vision is straightforward and our eyes are firmly fixed on future development, expansion, and technological improvements. We believe that a company that stands still is in fact falling behind and therefore our planning and management staff regularly meet to brainstorm new ideas to make Aero-K more productive, efficient and profitable.

The primary goal of Aero-K is to run proficiently, that is why we have pioneered the implementation of Kaizen and Kanban manufacturing philosophies in the aerospace industry. These ideals that provide lean manufacturing methodologies are constantly driving us to improve our processes. The manufacturing philosophies section of our site goes into more detail as to our push towards lean manufacturing and the benefits it provides.

Another focus of Aero-K is on moving towards a "paperless" company. With the inception of our Intranet we will be able to store vital documents, train our employees, keep our personnel attentive to new projects, and run our normal daily operations all on this network. There will be less wasted time printing out documents and walking from department to department to get the job done. Information will be shared and time and money will be saved.

Another main focal point of Aero-K's expansion is the acquisition of the newest is high-tech workstations, and the initiation of automation and robotics systems into our production cells. We firmly believe that this is the way the aerospace industry is heading. Automation will allow Aero-K to streamline production costs, run continuous operations and virtually eliminating scrap parts. We are well on our way towards this goal by the recent acquisition of five of the latest in palletized workstations that has enabled entire parts to be fabricated in one continuous production cycle, eliminating possible operator error.

Aero-K is also considering the commencement of manufacturing endeavors other than that of aerospace. We are testing the waters in many other exciting manufacturing fields. Our vision is that of supremacy of the aerospace industry, but we understand the importance of diversification and we believe with our manufacturing philosophies and proven production and quality procedures, we can be successful in any arena.
